About the Complexity Report
What exactly is the Complexity Report?+
The Complexity Report is a personalised genetic analysis of how your nervous system is wired. It translates your DNA into five DSRA axis scores, a Loop Type classification, a variance pattern map, an Operating Mode profile, and personalised recommendations, all written specifically for you. It is not a personality test. It is not a quiz result. It is your biological architecture, precisely mapped.
How is this different from other DNA-based health reports?+
Other DNA companies do give you reports, and some of them are genuinely useful. The difference is in the philosophy underneath the interpretation. Most reports are built on a mainstream or functional health model at best. They tell you what your genes say according to that framework. The Complexity Report is built on the belief that you are a walking miracle. Every interpretation, every recommendation, every piece of language is filtered through the understanding that your biology is not a problem to be managed. It is an architecture to be understood and honoured. That distinction changes everything about what the report says and how it says it.
How is this different from a personality test like Myers-Briggs or Human Design?+
Personality tests measure how you behave and how you answer questions on a given day. This measures your biology, specifically the genetic architecture underneath your behaviour. Personality results can shift as you shift. Your DNA does not change. That means the Complexity Report is not a snapshot of who you are right now. It is a permanent map of how you are built. Is this a diagnosis of ADHD, autism, or any other condition?+
No. The Complexity Report is not a medical document and does not diagnose any condition. It is a biological profile of how your nervous system is wired, interpreted through the GENEIUS Spectrum framework. Many women find that their results illuminate experiences that have previously been labelled as disorders. That is not the same as diagnosis. It is clarity. What are the five DSRA axes?+
The five DSRA axes are the core measures of the framework. Stress (Baseline Activation) measures the biological baseline at which your nervous system runs. Sensory (Signal Intake Range) measures the width and depth of what your nervous system registers. Motivation (Drive Architecture) maps where your drive originates. Recovery (Restoration Profile) describes how your nervous system restores. Boundary (Relational Architecture) measures how your nervous system navigates proximity with others. Each axis is scored and interpreted specifically for you.
What is the GENEIUS Analysis, and is it different from the Complexity Report?+
The GENEIUS Analysis is an elite, in-depth option that goes further than the Complexity Report. The raw data from your DNA kit can be used to complete it, so nothing is wasted if you choose to go deeper later. The Complexity Report is the natural first step. The GENEIUS Analysis builds on it.

What happens after I order?+
Your DNA kit is ordered within 24 business hours of your purchase and shipped directly to your mailing address. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and intake form link. Complete the intake form as soon as possible, as this opens your file and allows your report process to begin the moment your lab results are received.
How does the DNA kit work?+
Your kit arrives with complete instructions. The process is simple and done at home. Once your sample is submitted and received by the lab, processing begins. You will be notified when your raw data is ready. At that point, your Complexity Report is completed and delivered to you within 5 business days.
How long does the whole process take?+
Your kit ships within 24 business hours of your order. Lab processing times vary and are outside our control. Once your raw data is received, your report is completed and in your hands within 5 business days. Most clients receive their report within 3 to 6 weeks of ordering, depending on lab processing times.
Can I use raw data I already have from another DNA test?+
Possibly, depending on the source and the markers included. Please reach out directly before ordering if you already have raw DNA data and would like to confirm compatibility. If your existing data is usable, it may be possible to proceed without the kit and adjust the order accordingly.

Is $333 a one-time payment?+
Yes. $333 is a single, one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no hidden fees. The payment includes your DNA kit, your complete Complexity Report, and all the components within it. Your genetics do not change, and neither does this report, so you will never need to purchase it again.
Is there a refund policy?+
Because your DNA kit is ordered and your report is custom-built for you specifically, refunds are not available once the kit has been shipped. If you have concerns before your kit ships, please reach out as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email.
Is my genetic data kept private?+
Your privacy is taken seriously. Your raw genetic data is used solely to complete your Complexity Report and is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for any other purpose. If you have specific questions about data handling, please reach out directly before ordering.
