How in the world are you supposed to know how to eat – carbs are good. Nope, carbs are good. Wait! Some carbs are good, some are bad. Fat is bad. No fat is good. Wait! Some fat is good and some are bad.

How on earth are you supposed to know what to eat?

I’ve got the answer, but first I have another question for you:

The Club streams live on Thursdays from 7:00-7:30pm beginning March 8th, 2018 .  If weight loss is a goal, please weigh-in on Thursday (at a consistent time) and PM your progress to The Weightless Club FB page prior to our meeting. Daily challenges and check-ins will be posted so make sure to turn your notifications on!

The Club is a weekly online support group meeting to motivate you, keep you accountable to your goals, and teach you how to learn what food is best for YOUR body.

I’ve taken my entire life’s experiences from being sick as a child to being overweight as a young adult, and the process that worked for me to become healthy and now I’m giving it to you.

This process is the foundation of my personal health and the same step-by-step method I use with my own family and clients.

Each week, during The Club meeting, we will celebrate success, encourage overcoming struggles, and learn another step in the process to move towards the life you know you can have!

But First!

Here are a few things I want you to know before you sign up to be a member of The Club

  1. You need to be open-minded.  We have all been eating for our whole lives (laughing emoji)  and have ideas about what is healthy.  I’m not here to tell you exactly what to eat.  I here to teach YOU how to discover what is best for YOU.
  2. There is not one correct answer.  Whole foods, Clean eating, Paleo, Keto, Whole 30…the list goes on and on.  Learn what is best for you.
  3. A short-term way of eating for weight loss will result in short-term weight loss.  If your goal is to lose weight, you must find something that can work for you long term.   This is not a quick fix.  It will take time!
